Whether you prefer high intensity sweatfests, heavy barbells, body weight movements, or all of the above… these classes will get you moving better while gaining strength and becoming fitter. Our knowledgeable coaches, tight-knit community, and special group events will provide the technical learning and environmental motivation to help you find another gear when you need it, so that you can achieve measurable progress!

Our newest morning class begins October 7th… This collaboration with Waverley Yoga combines CrossFit training but drops some of the scarier movements. The CrossFit core methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at RELATIVELY high intensity remains intact at our facility, while implementing hot yoga at Waverley Yoga for an equally intense but complementary and (very different) experience. Show up to class and put in the work, and you WILL get stronger and fitter.

Kids & Teens

We believe that a lifelong love of fitness begins early in life. Kids and teens these days are super-busy with projects, after-school activities, and sports… So we offer convenient Sunday morning classes where they can learn to safe movements while having fun alongside their peers. These class times double as Open Gym time, so mom/dad can work out with other adults while the kids are able to be kids!

Sundays Only

Kids 8-12 years old: 9:30 AM (60 minutes)

Teens 13-17 years old: 10:30 AM (45 minutes)
