FAQ

1. Do I need to be in shape to start at CrossFit Watch City?

You don’t need to be in shape to start with us. Fitness is a journey, and we specialize in growing everyday people into their best selves regardless of their starting point. We teach you HOW to workout safely and help you overcome conditioning and strength thresholds. Contact us to schedule a free intro class.

2. What if I have a health condition or an old injury? I’ve been told that CrossFit is unsafe…

We are here to give you a fun, tough workout but SAFETY is always the foundation of good movement. You are safer lifting weights in the presence of our coaches than being unsupervised at a conventional gym. We provide real time feedback to help you stay safe and improve your performance. We encourage prospective and current members to always communicate with us regarding current or past injuries, surgeries, and major illnesses (e.g. asthma, heart, back, knees, shoulders, etc).

3. Do you offer personal or private group training?

We can accommodate personal training, couples/family, and private group/team training. Give us a call at 781-330-0285 or email us at crossfitwatchcity@gmail.com to discuss your personal or group training needs.

4. What if I can’t do a particular movement?

Our coaches are trained to help everyone in the class to have a similar workout experience, regardless of the athlete’s relative strength and conditioning. Our staff understands when and how to appropriately alter weights and/or movements in order to work the same muscles whenever possible. In fact, you will experience new movements and techniques; and that’s part of the fun of learning that comes along with our programming.

  • 5:30 am – 7:30 am

  • 11 am - 1 pm

  • 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm (6:30 pm Fridays)

Weekends

  • 8 am – 10:30 am Saturdays

  • 9:30 am - 11:15 am Sundays
